Happy 4th Anniversary Mistica!  Can you believe how far we've come? Many of you remember our early beginnings, and just how much we've added over the years. 

The staff and community of MisticPets are the BEST anywhere, hands down, and so we celebrate this year with some amazing goodies. Each and every one of you holds within you, the key to our future as a site and community, and that is the theme of this year's celebration!

Last year, we worked with the Angel Tree program to provide clothing and toys for several children.  This year, JcPenney and the Salvation Army allowed us to create a 'group', so we can invite the community to join with us in adopting Angels. 

 I have made a group for MisticPets and so far, as a group, we have sponsored 2 Angels this season.

If you would like to join our efforts, and adopt an angel of your own, please feel free click above and find an Angel through our group.

On behalf of the site, I adopted a 4 year old little boy. I was able to purchase a warm jacket, a set of clothes (pants and long sleeved shirt) and a Fire Engine toy as he requested. :) They will be shipped from JCPenney directly to the center and sent to the child for Christmas. Ruthie joined the efforts and sponsored a child as well!

We are hopeful that we can sponsor at least 10 Angels this season. There is a board posted in the Staff hosted Events forum, and we will be posting there to let everyone know about the children the site sponsors.
As a group, we can impact children all across the USA. You can choose to sponsor right near your own city and know that a child's Christmas was brighter due to your help. Together, we can make the world of difference in many lives.

In closing, I'd like to take a moment to let everyone know how thankful I am for the community here at MisticPets. Staff and members both. This community is one of the best I've ever known and it is the driving force behind what MisticPets is.  Together, we have achieved so much, and none of it would have been possible without the many people who have had a hand in Mistic's history. To all members; past, present and future... I give thanks.

Below you will find a template (Right click and save the image, it's twice as big as what is displayed!) that you can decorate!  You can use digital artwork, or print it up and color it with crayons, or markers or anything you wish! We don't want people feeling left out.

There were some members in Chat recently that had no idea that MisticPets offered real world merchandise!  In the footer, found on each page, there is a link to our CafePress store. Mistic makes a small amount from any purchase made on this site, and you get cool Mistic gear to show off in the real world!  We are working on adding new products, and taking advantage of the product offerings. November is here, which means the site will soon celebrate it's 4 year anniversary! The staff would like to extend a huge thank you for everyone for the support and love that has gotten us this far, Misticpets wouldn't be what it is without the community and the hard working staff (past, present, and future!) that fill it with so much creativity and passion.
