The achievement cabinet has received a new perk! You are now able to increase your Members Limit up to an impressive 50 members!

The Alliance Boards have also received an update. They now look and behave alot more like the Mistic Forums and several improvements have been made.

Talking of the Alliance Boards, you are also now able to Unlock and Unsticky your Topics!

Here in the land of Mistica, people have been working hard...

You will notice when you navigate to the Pound, you are now able to see more than 12 pets. The pound will now display ALL pets that are in the Pound and will paginate on each 50th pet per page.

Also, in the Pound, when you now attempt to adopt or disown a pet, you get a "Are you sure?" confirmation message, this should allow you to avoid those nasty mishaps!

Talking of mishaps, when you now use a Potion, you are required to enter the username of the pet you wish to use it on, rather than selecting the pet name from the drop down list. This is to avoid you selecting the wrong pet by mistake!

The ruins has also had a little update! In order to be able to dig at the ruins, you need to donate items using your quickstock. The Ruins will keep track of your score and will deduct one point for each dig.

AND last, but certainly not least. To mark the Whacking Day Celebrations, we have put together 2 new collections. Head on over to your collections to find out!

Did we say afoot? We meant 'abelly'! The sleepy hamlet of Rordon has been taken over by a veritable army of Znakes and they're overrunning all of Mistica! Two foundations have sprung up to combat this flood of slithery little pals and it looks like they're recruiting.

Misticans Whacking Away Znakes (MWAZ):
Quick! Join our group, whip out your whacker and knock those slippery critters a solid one on the noggin. Stars, man, who doesn't like pretty, twinkly stars? And their dazed expressions are just so cute!

Misticans Against Whacking Znakes (MAWZ):
WAIT! Our acronym's meaning is slightly longer, so we're obviously better than MWAZ! If you go about whacking znakes, you might regret it. How could you whack defenseless little pals anyway, you monster D:

So, are you a Znake whacker, or a Znake saver? With which side do your loyalties lie, Mistica?  Keep your eye out to spot a Znake emblem, and if you are successfull, you'll have the option to Save or Whack these poor little critters. They can appear anywhere on your page, so keep your eyes peeled!

All good things must come to an end, and thus it has come to pass that Revelry tossing is now completed. Gather your items, complete your collections and turn in that which you do not want to the Rougarou. His shop won't remain open for too much longer, so take advantage while you can! (before he retreats to the furthest reaches of the swamp!)

What comes next in the land of Mistica?  They days are growing longer, and the night ever shorter. The wheel of the year turns inexorably towards the spring and all the promise of new life and fun!

We interrupt your daily Mistican activities to bring word of a real life issue that is affecting many players and our nation as a whole.

Here in California, the budget for our schools has been cut dramatically and even more cuts are coming. Layoffs, school program cuts and even here in Vacaville... there is talk of closing two schools.

This newspost is a pledge to donate 10% of our earnings this month to the S.O.S. campaign being started here in Vacaville. All money will go directly to students, without administrative costs. We hope to "save our students" and make a difference.

We do not expect this to impact your game play or alter your fun, but would just like to make a general announcement and pledge. We will let the community know our final donation amount at the beginning of April.

That swamp beast has been throwing a fit ALL day! Ranting and raving, and threatening to toss every item in his shop to the swamp!

His demand is simple, one more day of Revelry fun! I guess he still doesn't have a complete collection yet?

 

And it looks like he's offering a couple new items to entice everyone!  One is an oldie, but a goody and the other is a very amazing Rosebud plushie!

But wait!! There's more to his demands... seems that he's hiding 5 Revelry Envelopes and will not  let Revelry end until they are all found!  Happy Hunting Mistica!!

Congratulations to all who have dug such fantastic treasure from the sands of the Itzair Ruins!

As things stabilize in the region, it is expected that the treasure will dwindle. At times, the sands may be full of fantastic items, and other time... the sand will remain barren.  More than 10 credit shop items were found in sands. Pandoria Boxes, Pet Slot Coins, Pet name tags, Treasure bags and more!  It amazes us all just how fantastic this community is. 

I have a feeling that the sands will be utilized by many sneaky staff in the future. *winks*
