The Quest is still being worked on, and in the interest of being fair, everyone has another night to work on levels 1-20 while we work on some safeguards as well as improved shop circulation and item variables.

We are working on a couple different angles to help the citizens of Mistica earn back the masks from the greedy Rougarou..

We will be delaying adding the final stages of the quest for a day, to allow time to make these changes that we are exploring and allow everyone a chance to get some more restocking under their belts!

Wow! Bayou Benni is ready to PARTY! He's been practicing his acordian for days out in the swamp and we thought it best to go see him and ask if he'd seen Rosebud's missing shipment. This is what he had to say:

"Oh yeah buddy! Heehee! My accordian playing must have woken the old swamp beast the Rougarou up.... he came storming in here ALL kinds of mad! Then he was ranting and raving about being hungry and complaining that all he had was a shipment of goods that were no good to anyone! Maybe... just maybe that was Rosebud's wayward shipment? I beat it out of there real fast once he started talking about being hungry, just grabbed my acordian and boogied out of there." He leans in and whispers, "My zydeco band has a gig later tonight down in the main part of the swamp. Come by and see us, you hear?"

And with that, we left Benni... pondering the emergence of the beast, Rougarou..

Call this a test run, to make sure things are good to go on some other quests that are severely missed. :) We thought this would be a great opportunity to have a fun feature for Revelry. We hope everyone enjoys.

Please take note, They are starting out easy, but they will get progressively harder. If you fail to retrieve the items, you WILL be set back to level 0 and have to start again.

This quest will run at LEAST for a week. There may be a few extra days depending on user input. :) And... more levels will be added later tonight. *winks*

Rosebud’s missing shipment still has not been found, but that’s not going to stop our Revelry Festival! The fiend may have made off with several valuable goods, but Rosebud still has some fun party beads to put everyone in the celebrating mood. Stop in and pick up a few in these festive colors!



The festivities will continue when Rosebud finds the rest of her shipment. Where could it be? Keep a sharp eye out, Mistica.

Yes, for some reason everyone that participated has TWO Love trophies! Zenk0 will get this sorted out when he wakes up in the morning. :)

Unfortunately, another Multiple Account Sweep has begun.

Armed with my trusty little friends, the Dust-ins, we are clearing away the cheated accounts.

Please contact Zarabeythe with a pm if you would like to come forward with an account (or two or three). The outcome will depend on the circumstances. But if you do not come forward... all accounts will be lost.

Over THIRTY accounts were caught this evening in the inital investigations. These initial accounts had multiple abuses of the site rules, and one cheated to attain over 2,000 Zappits during the recent RE event. (Which is one of the reasons that it was so short lived).

Please keep the rules in mind, and familiarize yourself with those rules and the Terms of Service every now and then. It will help everyone out.

What shall we do? Can we find a cure..? What does this all mean? The best and brightest minds in Mistica are huddled together trying to figure out the answers to these questions.

But in the meantime, Cootie Shots and Lovebug Spray are available at Rosebud's shop. These items will BLOCK users from sending the offending pests your way.** They are R3, but stock in doubles. So keep an eye out!
For those of you that just cannot wait, they are available in the credit shop for a nominal fee.



But be warned, the effects cannot be reversed except by purchasing the LoveBug Net or the Cootie Box Trap only available in the credit shop.

Today marks one of THREE Friday the 13th's this year. This only happens once every 11 years. This means good things for those later in the year that do not catch a Jinx this time around...

There once was a ship in Mistica named Friday the 13th. It set sail, of course on Friday the 13th, many years ago... and was never seen again.
