Silently Remaining

The remaining patron goddess of a lost city, the silent nameless deity slowly wanders through a once proud civilization. Vines, trees, everything of the forest that surrounded the city was taking back what had once been theirs. Her name, once spoken and praised long ago, has left her mind, along with everyone who worshiped her. Until there comes a person who is able to recognize her as the goddess she is, she will be unable to recall her patron name.

The forest around her once lively city has darkened with age, silver leaves and auburn bark dimming in color. The air is heavy with thunder storms, and there is barely a day when the sun shines down upon her. Enduring with grace, she finds herself still in love with her homeland, small orbs of light dancing around through the many branches.
