We should be grateful I know. :( But it's like trying to be grateful to something that was lost or stolen. I think there should be a picture limit for load times because I've seen some profiles that are completely covered in images (it's not slow on my computer, just annoying). I think that would help load times better then characters. |

Beau, then please know that was never my intention to snap at you.
If Misticpets loaded faster for its members and the staff then things would go along so much smoother then it would if it took longer to load. I'm sorry that you don't care about it, but I happen to know a lot who do and I for one think its very importent to have a petsite that loads in a fast manner.
And 2500 characters should be enough to say what you want to say. And there are ways to subsitute in order to make room. |

None of the staff team had any information that this was coming so abruptly. Ruthie is very correct on this matter. We have asked to be informed of coming changes, but they have not appeared until after the fact. We always work with our users as a first priority. We are very sorry that this change occurred as it did. We hope to avoid this in the future. We are forwarding many of the posts and disspointments straight to the coders so that they can see what has happened.

I understand your frustration admins and users and I am a bit frustrated myself. Some of my things were deleted too! But, remember... this isnt about just you. Everyone lost info, and people just have to deal with it! It is what happens in life! Everything is not perfect. And just think, it will run smoother! Which will be nice in the end! :) |
