I was wondering what the problem had been, but it's good to see things have been restored. Even if profiling cannot be saved it can always be done again by the users. I'm simply glad it was nothing too massive and was able to be even remotely fixed so quickly. Thank-you for the explanation of what happened and what will be happening. I'm sure everyone, including myself, that was effected by this is happy to hear news on how it is being dealt with. Hopefully everything will be fully resolved soon.
