I understand how frustraiting you guys are at the moment, but can't you simply do as the staff ask without arguing?
We are still able to have fun on the site. We don't need dragon eggs or any of those little things to have fun here. Just look around, there's plenty to do.
I don't think that we need to post anything from the other sites here. Its really unnecessary when you really think about it. We don't have a lot of rules to follow so why can't we all just follow the very few and simple ones we do have and make the site a better place to play and have fun?

I agree with the staff totally here. Ever since those poke plushies, digimons e.t.c have been set as siggys, it makes misticpets really slow for me. |

If your talking about the Dragoncave eggs, it's well known that the art for that site was stolen. The artist who did them, did them on a lark, and the site took and used it against their will. They are currently trying to get it taken down. |

Yes. Over at the Dragon cave they're undertaking a massive respriting project to get rid of all the copyrighted sprites. I'm actually helping with a few, so whoever said that sprites were uncreative blobs of MS paint poop, obviously does not understand the EFFORT it takes to make a sprite.
My links have been removed (How exactly is Dragon Cave competition anyway? The mechanics of that "game" aren't anything like Misticpets'...). Just know that I will now be spending more time off-site raising my dragons elsewhere since I can't here.
And I still have lag issues. |

Actually, I haven't had anything like the lag I was having before this was enforced. At least, I haven't gotten anymore timeouts.
Have you tried clearing your cookies? Or perhaps someone on your connection is using a great deal of bandwidth? My dad likes to download old tv shows, we lag like turtles stampeding through treacle then o.o
I think however, the fact that you are cutting down your Mistica gametime because of these sprites shows that it is on some level competitive. There are nigh limitless options for pets here which you can feed, develop, train, battle with, and get purdy arts for if you ask nicely.

But I've never understood adoptables of that nature, so maybe I'm not getting it. That happens a lot with me, you can ask Zara, she'll tell you.
Anyhow, lots of luck with the little dragons, and I hope DC can find, remove, and replace any copyright protected material that is in its midst :) I'm all for that. *gets quite het up over copyright issues XD* |
