Boa, if you read you will notice that *they* pull names from the *online list* at various times during the day/night. Thus making it fair to those in a different time zone.
It is not a matter of when the post it. Not like you have to enter or anything. They pull names from the online list, and they probably use a randomizer and take the top name or something.
This is VERY fair. |
