he doesn't remember how old he is. he just knows he's watched countless of his species pass. or perhaps he shouldn't say watching. after all, he has very limited vision. and, well, his adopted species. he hasn't always been the same. he just can't, for the life of him, remember how to change back. but this is all pedantry.
he can remember the day he adopted the boy, however. things have been a little less lonely since, too, which is nice. though the boy sure does like to ask questions me-mon isn't ready to answer.
