Conquering the Seas
Although lacking a physical resemblance to his Nordic namesake, Viking should certainly not be underestimated. Ever since youth he was always on the small side. Thin, pale and short he was an easy target for bullies and larger children. As a means of protection he employed some, at times, questionable tactics. I'm sure you have heard the phrase 'children can be cruel', interestingly enough that didn't apply as much to those calling him shrimp and shorty as it did to Viking himself. Whilst still in primary school he discovered a 'talent' for leadership. Buying off some of the bigger and older children with sweets, favours and other treats he quickly seized control of the playground and never looked back. High school led to a black market for homework, doctor's notes, concert tickets and assorted contraband. Finishing school with good grades he had the potential to go on to great things and began pursuing a career as a lawyer but found the lessons dull. Fondly recalling his adventures in youth he turned his attention to shadier dealings, rapidly seizing control of the docks in his city and earning the name Viking. Cruel, calm and always with a motive Viking is known as someone who should not be taken lightly despite appearances. Given his personality Viking doesn't so much have friends as business associates and finds his time almost always occupied by work. When not at work he quickly becomes bored and frustrated with nothing to fill time.
