After losing a particularly high-stakes match involving several competing rivals, Viceroy appeared to lose his edge. His straight-faced confidence used to be his greatest asset, but now all he could think about was the humiliation of losing during such a prominent game. To a dirty, cheating, card-counting scoundrel, no less. This bitterness was accentuated when he realized that, outside of his cards, he didn't have much. His hobby really had been his whole life.
The Gurahdi has been taking some time off repairing his 'winning-streak' reputation to do a bit of soul searching. And so far, he isn't liking it much. He finds his neighbors tend to be annoying and have weird interests, like underwater basket weaving. It may take some time for Viceroy to discover "humbleness".
