Story:

From early childhood Marco suffered intense bullying due to being horribly scarred from being struck by lighting. It left his face horribly disfigured but tried to not let it effect his life.

However, the bullying became too much for him over time and he soon became a loner.

His self esteem all but evaporated, leaving him to be down in the dumps and rather somber. When speaking he'd either bore or bum everyone around him out, leaving them to abandon him. He was never able to find many friends and chose to take it as it was better that way.

He had a lifelong dream of becoming an avid dancer, wanting people to see what he was capable of regardless of his facial scars.

But with said scarring, the talent scouts refused him a job out of "fear for the viewers". He was disheartened but tried to live through dancing at a local ballet studio. He would wear a ski mask to cover his face and would come after hours to practice.

During his senior year of high school, Marco was dancing after hours and was noticed by the head of the dancing school.

He remarked on Marco's fantastic skills and mysterious mask and stated he would support him in his quest to make it as a dancer.

He took on the stage name, "Coverup" and tried his best in numerous competitions. He hopes to one day be on television.

Physical Description:

Marco holds a muscular build, standing at only 5'7. He has intensely strong legs, caused by standing on his tiptoes constantly. He wears his dirty blonde hair long across the middle of his face with long bangs, in order to cover his scars. On his face are large burn marks running between and around both his eyes. The skin around his eyes is puffy and causes his murky swamp green eyes to appear half closed.

Attire:

He usually wears an oversized navy blue tshirt and small black shorts. He prefers to wear no shoes or socks to get better traction. As a precaution, he tends to wear a black ski mask over his face to avoid scaring people.

Personality:

Marco is normally meak and soft-spoken. He prefers to keep to himself, doodling in his notebook or singing a song to keep himself movtivated to dance. He's very down in regards to himself but believes the world to be a wonderful place. He believes that karma will come around for him or anyone who has suffered. He holds no grudges against anyone, believing that even his bullies have a good side. Despite how they made him feel about himself, he feels it was only justified due to his injuries.

He's a daydreamer and will often zone out when speaking, losing his train of thought. Due to being heavily focused, Marco tends to not joke or laugh.
