Nightmare of the Abyss

While the Hallows contain the Phantoms and the Tricksters of the World Below, the Abyss houses the Nightmares and the Terrorized Souls. Superior is one such Nightmare, a being twisted by being born into the darkness. Unlike many Nightmares, he is unable to see in most of his extra eyes except for his true eye, as he dwells farther down the Abyss than the Terrorized Souls. In return, his senses are heightened and he is far more deadly. Nightmare's fangs produce poison that can kill if used.

Superior rules the dark forest he calls home, loving the smell of burnt ash trees. A Stignightus is always a guardian, no matter what side they are on, or where they are. He is fiercely protective of this forest, and even other Nightmares fear to break his boundaries. He sees himself, as a guardian, to be above the foolishness of the others, claiming to be, like his name, Superior to them. He dislikes having to travel further up the Abyss, preferring the silence of his slightly glowing trees and the soft whispering of the small Abyssal sea.
