Appearance: Myr has soot black fur that covers
all his body, and feels wiry and coarse to the touch.
Sometimes this fur will burn off in one of his 'episodes',
leaving him hairless. His skin is a dull grey, dry and flaky.
He wears bandages around his hands and feet from time
to time, to protect his pads from burning.
Unlike other Inferno Misticpets he isnt always 'ignited'.
He tends to have a thick cloud of smoke that slowly flows
out from his tail.
His eyes are a vivid golden-yellow, that glow lightly,
like a lit candle.

Personality: Myr can have a very two-toned attitude
toward things. Hes determined to get things done, but
doesnt really believe he can. Hes incredibly loving, but
trusts very few. He wants to make himself better, but
doesnt feel like he deserves better.
Hes a pushover, and will let the members of his party walk
all over him, causing the team to get sidetracked and get
into trouble.

Past: The life he had before his ordeal with Halfrax
is a mystery to him. He doesnt remember who he was or if
he has family, what his name was or where he came from
in the world. He has small glimpses of a life he doesnt
recall in his dreams, or when he blacks out after an 'episode'.

The Beginning: How a flame was born

He opened his eyes, his vision cloudy. Everything was
dark, swirling masses of ash and shadows. He tried to lift
his head, in hopes that he may at least make out where
he was, but it suddenly felt very heavy. He could feel a
pounding in his ears, like the beat of war drums. Then
suddenly more feeling rushed back to him, as a new pain
roared through his body. Heat. Burning agony. He felt as if
his blood had been boiled, his breath replaced with smoke
. As if he had been cooked from the inside out. His skin felt
leathery, and taught as he clenched his paws. He had to find
out where he was, so that he might find some hope of relief.
The Cheran blinked to clear away the fog, and looked around
once more. He saw a light growing in the distance. "It must
be a candle." He thought. "...if only it were the light of day."
He could feel metal under his sensitive skin. Warm, smooth
metal. There seemed to be nothing holding him to it, but the
surmounting pain and weight of his own motionless body. "I
have to get up...come on, move." He told himself aloud, in a
meek whisper, the words barely able to escape his dry
throat.
The Cheran lifted his head once more, again met with an
ever louder pounding in his ears. He strained to look at
himself, and what he found lying on the table astounded
him, confused him. It looked nothing like the young,
mundane Cheran he knew himself to be. His fur was all but
gone, his skin was a soot
black and looked as if it had just come out of the oven. He
could make out dull red markings along his tail, and at the
very end of the metal table he laid upon he saw a badly
burned box. In a panic the Cheran pushed himself off the
table and rolled onto the floor, a few feet below.
"Augh!..that was stupid." He cringed, and struggled to his
hands and knees, heart about to beat from his chest. *Clop
clip clop*
He turned his head slowly in the direction of the noise,
when a sudden light burst through the darkness. "A door,"
he thought "must get to that door."
A shadow obscured his heavenly light and spoke; "So your
awake?" Said the callous voice. "...and alive. I must say I
didn't expect you to be, but im quite pleased." The shadowy
man slammed the door behind him and walked toward the
candle, placing something down on what sounded like a
wood table. "My box appears to have worked...more or less.
It seems I was right to expect Makoto of selling tampered
goods" He made an annoyed sound, and walked slowly
toward the Cheran,
who remained hands and knees on the floor.
As the figure spoke, the crispy Cheran thought back to
before this nightmare. He could vaguely remember
running...the smell of dank water, and then a sudden and
intense pain. "Pandoria's Box?" He asked, more to himself
then anyone. "Hmm? Oh, yes. Pandoria. The...Goddess." The
man waved
his paw to dismiss the tittle. "Pandoria's magic would never
do this..never feel like this." spoke the Cheran, again more
to himself. "What makes you so sure?" The man leered down
at the husk wall a sneer crawled across his face. "All of you,
mindless sycophants. I!...I, have been quite interested in
Pandoria's magic myself," he cleared his throat of his
outburst. "You see if I could harness the power of the Boxes,
I would be able to fit that power to whatever I please, and
even...make my own little monsters, as it were. If I hadn't
been dealt this," He motioned at the badly burnt box that sat
at the end of the metal table. "..half retarded, worthless,
mockery of magic! Id have unlocked the secrets and..Oh, you
don't understand a word im saying do you?"
The Cheran was hardly listening to this mad mans raving, he
was more focused on saving his energy, any energy that is,
that wasn't being used trying
not to curl into a ball or pass out from the pain of his
infliction. He had to try to get out that door, as soon as an
opportunity presented itself. "I suppose your trying to think
of just how your going to get out of here? Well you wont.
Your going to die here, im going to kill you. Your a failed
experiment, too weak to live through any more testing...So
your useless." The figure walked back toward the candles
flickering light. The Cheran strained his eyes, against the
soft glow he could make out the shape of large long ears,
wings, a thin tail. "A Frodrinn?" He wondered to himself
"looks as mad as he sounds."
The Cheran didn't know very much about Pandoria's boxes,
or the full spectrum of effects they could bear to their
consumers, but he did remember hearing that they gifted
the boxed with certain abilities. Perhaps he could know
breath fire? After all, it seemed obvious that it was an
Inferno Box the power hungry Frodrinn had used on him,
how else would he explain all of this smoke and heat. These
horrendous burns that plague his once beautiful, if ordinary fur.
He stood up, as the shady Frodrinn rifled through things by
the Candle. His knees felt brittle, as if they were to give way
at any moment, but this was life or death, and he wasn't
ready for it to end.
The Frodrinn turned to him, a gleaming object held in his
claw. "Where do you think your going?" He said as he raised
his paw to the boy and began to rush forward. The Cheran
took a deep breath, his lungs still choked with smoke. He
closed his eyes and braced himself best he could. and
suddenly felt a
great ball of heat rise from the pit of his stomach, through
his chest up his throat and shoot pass his lips. His eyes
pinged open in shock as fire poured out of him, filling the
small dark room. He felt his whole body catch ablaze, he felt
it stinging his skin, nose, eyes, every inch of him. Burning.
He tore his head to the door and barreled towards it, his
knees finally giving way, he fell to his hands and on all fours
burst straight through it into the well lit stairway. The
Cheran tumbled down the long, winding flight of stairs. He
crashed at the base, pain soaring ever hire, but the
adrenaline
was enough to sustain his lust for freedom. He blindly rushed
toward the lightest thing he could see, hoping it was at least
a window he could jump through.
The Cheran opened his mouth again, to let escape the still
raging fire inside of him. He heard glass shattering, and
leaped toward the box of light.
He felt his skin cut open as he landed harshly on a cold hard
dirt lawn. Despite not being able to breath the Cheran
continued to hurl himself away from the nightmare that lay
in his wake. He couldn't quite see where he was running, but
any direction had to be better than his last.

The Cheran ran for what seemed like hours. It was dark
before he finally landed underneath a low well hidden bush.
He didn't even have time to be exhausted before passing
out. He had used every last ounce of energy his mortal body
had to get to that bush, that safe haven. He didn't know if
he would even wake up once he had stopped, but dieing out
here was an end more palatable then living another second
with that monster, in that darkness....
When the Cheran finally woke, he was more tired than he
thought possible, in more pain than he thought bearable, He
crawled slowly out from under his bush.
He could see fairly well now, and breath fresher air, but
thought he would die any moment from thirst. He licked the
dew of the morning off of every blade of grass, as he dragged
himself along the ground.
The Cheran moved very slowly the next few days, until
finally able to find a small body of water. He stayed there, at
that shallow pond. Scared. Thinking of what would happen
were he found. Thinking of what had happened, of how his
life had changed...Of how he was lucky to still have a life.
He thought of the events that lead him to that wretched
place, with that wicked man, but could only catch glimpses
of who he was.
He thought of his future, and hoped that it would be more
than this. Pain, smoke...and Fire.

Cheran needed money to buy a Mistical Toadstool from the
Legendaries, so he started working for the Circus to earn
enough MC. He bought his toadstool, but it had no effect on
him, aside from a terrible stomach ache.
He went back to work the next day, distraught. Jasper
noticed, and offered to give him an Inferno Pandoria box,
(perhaps if he couldn't go back to being normal, he could be
a full Inferno) in exchange for tireless dedication to the job,
until he was payed free. Cheran agreed, and consumed the
Box, but it had no effect. Even still, he owes Jasper a debt
of 5,000,000MC, with a steadily raising intrest rate.
~Cheran must find Pandoria herself for help to his seemingly
incurable affliction.

Xenah says The Jinx smiled as Summyr handed her the charred, butter soaked bucket of popcorn. "Actually, I rather like my popcorn crispy. Thank you, but take this anyway. Think of it as a tip." Carefully holding the bucket, Xenah pulled some MC out of her robes and set it in front of the Cheran. One thing she loved about Jasper's circus was the food never quite looked like you expected it to.
