"You see me? With each step, my head gets further from the ground."
A construct born from the overwhelming despair of humanity. Every limit a person puts upon themselves adds another chain to his weight. The pain of disease, obsession, heartbreak, emptiness, he takes it all upon himself. At first he was bitter for what the universe had given to him. Instead of accepting their faults and fighting through them, humans were hiding behind their weaknesses.
But now he fights back. He hates those who made him what he is, but in that he finds his strength. Though his arms are shackled, his face muzzled, he squares his shoulders and faces his burden head on. He's frequently wounded, stabbed, chained, bleeding tar, you name it, but he wants to show others he can move above them. He has strength, so he wants them to know they aren't as fragile as they imagine. He won't rest until he flies.
He's decided to go by Wes. It's a simple name, easy to remember.
