As I padded through the woods, a soft fluttering a head told me Jaywing was scouting above. The leaves crunched as Phloof stepped into the rhythm of my walking. Wingil was up ahead, her soft blue glow lighting the dark trail. Finch perched on my head, clinging to my horns as I sprang into the air to get a glimpse of the forest from above. Still trees. Endless trees...
