Scream does what she pleases and takes what she wants whenever the mood strikes her, and 'no' doesn't appear to be registered in her dictionary.
She occasionally spirits away young women. Nobody knows what becomes of the girls she kidnaps, but the ones who make it back from... wherever Scream takes them to either don't remember anything or won't talk about it.
Rumor has it that she's working under a particularly strange and wicked witch. Scream herself is capable of some minor spells, but nothing that impressive.
Though it's rarely used, her true name is Vaankeila. Her younger twin, Kalil, is her partner in crime who helps her con people and collect information.
Despite her disgusting personality, Scream does know that it's wrong to injure and kidnap people. She just... doesn't care...
