Her Story:
"This man loved a woman more than anything when they were young. They were inseperable. They balanced each other out. This baby was their first child. They were so excited to bring something of theirs into the world...
I never met this woman... People say she died in childbirth, and in a way, she did. But this is actually what happened...
The night this baby was born there was no moon, the night was completely dark. They said the wing sang through the branches, making the trees themselves cry. The woman had been in labor for hours now, the man right next to her... Well the babe finally came into the world. But its heart was weak, and while the woman held it for the first time, she knew it was going to die.
They started crying, with frustration and loss. But another man... This man entered the room. They didn't know how he got past security, but for some reason they were grateful for company. He said he knew how to save me. How to keep the child alive. But he said it would cost them the dearest thing that they both possessed.
Before the man could say anything, the woman agreed, the need for her child to remain living too strong. What she didn't know that both men knew was that the child had already died while they had been talking. What she was clutching so desperately was a corpse. He knew this man was evil, and nothing good could come from it, but before he could vocalize a complaint, it was over.
The room burst into flame, the man started laughing, and the woman began to convulse. The man watched in horror as the other turned into smoke, filling the babe's lungs with its essence. Once the last wisp had disappeared, the flames went out, and the woman lay still. The only thing that broke the silence was the wail of an infant.
The man tried to pick the child up from the dead woman's arm, but he got burned so badly, his flesh would scar, and remain white until the day he died. Looking at the abomination that lay curled against his wife's bosom, he let out a sob.
This was no child, it was possessed. Its skin too hot to touch without gloves on, its speech perfect when it hit two years of age, its level of intellegence surpassing many. That thing... That thing was... is... me. My mother 'saved' me, which with her consent gave the demon rights to enter my body. What he didn't realize was that the babe wasn't long enough dead for him to take control of, so he resides in her, dormant, but there.
What he had taken was my father's heart and her mother's love. That was the price they paid for her. For a monster to replace the infant they had so badly wished for..."

| Ramiel says (( Lulz. xD )) *he brushed himself off quickly even though the flames had really just singed him, then he stopped his fidgeting and nodded* Okay okay, but beat this. *he gave a wink and held his hands out as fire exploded around him, the flames twisting and turning into the form of something that looked like a large lion, every detail there and the creature even breathing, then as the fire was released from his control the lion leapt forward...though instead of fading as everything else had before as it roared the flames leapt off it's pelt, leaving a starry fur underneath and a jet black mane with silver eyes, jaws parted to reveal white fangs as it tackled her and pinned her against the ground, still growling softly. Ramiel chuckled a little* Scarlette, meet Leo. Leo...chew toy. *he shook his head as the lion growled again, then he interrupted* You can get off her now. *the lion snorted in her face, then prowled off to come around and sit beside him, tail flicking casually from side to side as he watched her warily with those silver eyes that were so similar to the angel's* (( Haha, "meet my pet". xD )) |
| Ramiel says *he nodded a little at the bird, falsely considering it before giving a laugh and raising an eyebrow toward her* And you don't seem to realize you're talking to someone that's been around for quite a while. *he moved one of his hands out in a swoosh like arch, as if he were throwing something underhandedly and a stream of that blue fire leapt up and twisted to life in the form of a long, oriental style dragon with so many impossible details etched into the flames that it almost looked real. As Ramiel simply watched it the fire-creature twisted gracefully through the air around her then breathed out a jet of normal orange flame, silver sparkling off of it as the dragon faded back into normal flames and faded away. He crossed his arms and smirked* I only act immature. I used to be quite the archangel, actually. |
