(Rough story idea)
Reminder is the 'mother' of the two warring siblings, Listener and Motive, who watches over the two from a sealed dimension. Her nickname is the "Creation Serpent" (She resembles a feathered serpent, sort of like a Quetzalcoatl.), meaning that she created an entire galaxy using most of her powers. Tired, she settled in her sealed dimension within one of the systems and watches over the creatures that evolve within these billions of solar systems. In her place she created her son and daughter to watch over her galaxy while she regained her strength. But even she could not stop Motive from becoming power hungry and waging war against the inhabitants of the planet with his newly created Shifters. Listener was quick to battle against him with her Summon Beasts and their Summoners.
As the war waged on for several hundred years, Reminder recovers just enough energy to create two 'avatars' to send down to the planet, one who would ally with Listener and one to Motive. One avatar is in the form of a female fire harpy, who sided with Listener and became her right hand 'man' and a female leviathan who sided with Motive and became his closest adviser and commander. These two avatars were sent to keep an eye on the two and silently work against them on order to stop the war.
