Vela says Vela couldn't help but think of Exodus, even after Zreii started talking. She didn't know how much (or how little) time had gone by since she arrived in the room, and she was silently worrying about him and wondering how he was doing, recalling his injuries, exhaustion, and the moment he passed out. The girl's faded words made her flinch though, and she quickly realized she was on the verge of missing some vital information. She lifted a hand to her head to brush her hair away from her face, playing off her distraction, her expression stoic. After that, she listened closely, her concentration barely shifting when she moved to pull a chair out from under the table to sit down on, folding her hands onto her lap and crossing one ankle over the other, leaning back slightly. She watched her the entire time, allowing her to speak clearly without any interruptions, her eyes only glancing away to briefly look at the images on the scroll. It was a lot of information to take in, and when she was finished she sat in silence for a few moments, replaying certain parts of the story in her head and trying to comprehend it as best as she could. She looked back at Zreii with concern, a small frown playing along her lips, her blue eyes questioning a part of what she said. "Is there no other way?" she asked in regards to her debts to repay to death. She stood up soon afterward, feeling restless and on edge, and took a few steps away from Zreii, pacing back and forth before turning around to look at her again. "That makes more sense," she breathed, thinking back to what Ex told her in the room, "maybe it wasn't just bad luck he was captured by the Prince after all," she shook her head, staring at the ground for a few seconds too long, "Exodus won't share that information with anyone though, would he? How to free him, that is.." she asked, her eyes widening slightly.
