True to his namesake, Pyrite is a fan of rocks and minerals of all kind. He studies, collects, and sniffs them out -- quite literally, he has an impeccable sense of smell. His collection is quite vast; his home is tidy, but overwhelmed with them. Rocks litter ever table, every shelf, every bag and bed, all organized carefully. His yard is full of them as well. He's cut and polished them and has even created a few art pieces by arranging them on the flat of the ground.
Pyrite is gifted in the magical science of lightning-making. He can shape it, bend it, create it, and change the course of it. In much the way someone creates images in a campfire, he creates images out of lightning and uses them to act out stories or simply to convey his emotions. It is not unusual for him to get a bit sparky when he is irate, at the very least.
