Charlie is a highly anxious person, often times letting dumb little fears get to him in a all consuming way. That aside though he can make a good friend if you can gain his trust. However you must be patient as it'll take him a long time to believe you aren't trying to trick him or some such thing. You may be wary to approach him though considering what he is, a ghoul. A creature that normally feasts on the flesh of humans and other beasts....Charlie, however, is allergic to meat. It seems odd but eating it makes him sick so therefore he has ended up on a diet consisting of other protein rich foods.
History;
At a young age Charlie's parents realized their son was a oddball after quickly finding out about his allergy they were ashamed. After all a ghoul who didn't eat meat wasn't really much of a ghoul at all. In the end his original parents chucked him into a orphanage figuring a freak like him would be better off with humans. Charlie never did get adopted and during his years in the orphanage he was bullied and tricked and all kinds of things due to both his appearance and his odd allergy. Those years of bullying led him into a life of extreme anxiety as a adult, he was too afraid to say anything for fear of being mocked or making someone upset. He ended up unemployed due to his bad social skills and lack of money for counseling. He takes refuge in a abandoned warehouse and usually has to steal food to eat.
Looks; Charlie looks fairly human aside from unnaturally pale skin. His eyes are red and he has gray shoulder length hair that's very dirty and tangled. The clothing he wears is a black t-shirt and jeans, the shirt has a lot of holes. He has unnaturally long canines that just barely stick out of his mouth. He also has unnaturally long arms that give him the ability to run on all fours like a beast.
Abilities/other explanations; He can see in the dark and can withstand pretty intense cold temperatures. Heat gets to him though so he usually has to hang out around a water source during summer.
