Swimming across the Sango Reef was a large Oceanic Kratork. She was an official member of the Mistican Coast Guard who had been recently transferred to this area. In her left hand she carried a trident, her weapon of choice. Following alongside her, a turtle she befriended years ago when she first took to the sea. The Kratork grinned to herself, as she observed the locals going about their business. She liked quiet days like today.

Netta and Verra are sisters, and have always had a close bond. When they eventually went their separate ways, Netta took to the sea while her sister became one with the forest.

She can often be seen patrolling the Sango Reef, and even stepping in to settle fights or other small issues. When off duty, she enjoys going up to the beach to relax and mingle with land dwellers, watch the sunset, and even hang out at beach cafes on occasion hoping to meet a nice girl.

While Netta is great at breaking up fights and communicating with sea creatures, she's terrible with technology and usually tries to avoid using phones or computers when possible. She'll also turn down any spicy food offered to her, as she can't stand it.
