Momoka: The Spider Bunny

Linnette was a girl who lived in the woods
As any would say she was loving and good.
From her mother she learned to always be kind,
To all that she met, and never to judge.

She'd no brothers or sisters with which to play
So with flora and fauna, she'd spend all her days.
The trees were her friends, and beasts were her kin,
and she never thought twice about taking them in.

But one day while sitting beneath a peach tree,
she encountered a creature she never had seen.
With a rustle of branches and then a loud "thud!"
Instead of a peach, fell a small fluffy bun-?

But wait, this was no ordinary bunny, oh no!
sunset tones laced through it's velvety coat
And what was this, 4 eves and 4 ears on it's head!
Made her think of the spiders that lived 'neath her bed

"Perhaps you would like the rest of my snack?"
She said as she reached back into her bag,
And in a moment, produced a soft velvety peach
The creatures chittered, and hopped to it's feet.

A few nibbles later, they were fast friends
They played many days from sunrise to sunset.
To meet such a creature filled Linnette with such glee!
"I shall call you Momoko," she said, "the Spiderbunny!"
