General Cain is a mighty tactician in the armed forces of a powerful country ruled by a dictator. He is favored by said dictator and has helped to win many battles with his magnificent strategies that are both ingenious and vicious in nature. He's known for leaving little to no survivors on the enemy lines. Not to mention on the battle field itself he's quite powerful, wielding enough strength to butcher 100 men on his own.
Looks;
Rufus is only 5 foot 3 however he's very muscular after years of forced training. His skin is tan in coloration and his hair is blond and cut at a short length, his bangs are slicked back to keep out of his eyes and also because he thinks that looks cool. His eye color is dark blue and the clothing he wears is a uniform similar to the one in the civil war. He carries a large sword on his back, a dagger at his hilt, and a small pistol strapped to his chest.
Personality;
Rufus is a stubborn man, when he has his mind set on something he'll do it. Luckily due to his tactical thinking he's usually right to set his mind on things because he knows it'll most likely work. He has a bit of a sadistic side to him developed from all the killing he's had to do to get as far as he has. He has a nice side to him as well though if you're a pal of his he can be fun to talk to. Especially if you're one who's secretly allied themselves with him and his little coup d'etat he's planning.
History/extra;
When Rufus was a boy he was torn away from his family and held prisoner in the very base of the person he works for now. At the time he was disgusted with the dictator and his men but eventually he was broken down and forced into military training. Slim and short at first most didn't think the lanky teen would last long in training but he did. Growing stronger and stronger he climbed up the ranks until becoming a general. However, though he seems to be loyal he's plotting and biding his time waiting for a moment to undermine the dictator and take control of things for himself. He plans to keep the dictatorship but thinks if he's in charge he can make things better, not to mention as a plus he gets to take revenge on the man who tore him from his family and most likely killed them while at it.
