Appearance: Neo is tall and lean, with star-speckled lilac skin. Long, ink-dipped waves hang down to their narrow waist, streaked with soft purple and decorated with starlight.Their eyes are a deep purple, shrouded in dark violet shadows and attention grabbing in that there are tiny stars clustered around their edges. They favour a more feline-esque nose and opt to keep their original three fingers and four toes regardless of what form they take.
Abilities: Neoria is the youngest of the Stars, though by no means are they lesser equipped than the others. They are nimble on their feet and the most attributed with combat in the air. They are exceptional when it comes to changing the flow of combat in their favour.
Neoria can impact the gravitational forces of anything they come into contact with, their powers strong enough to affect small planets. They often pair this ability up with the force fields they can generate, favouring being in control of their own small environment.
Neo is also able to absorb directs attacks and then use that newfound strength to their advantage. The amount of damage they can take before it is fatal is currently unknown as Neo has yet to encounter anyone more powerful than a mortal.
For up close encounters, Neo uses a double edged spear which they transform into a bow for long range attacks. They can alter the gravitational pull on the bolts they fire to make them more impactful. They rarely miss their mark.

Personality: Neo is endlessly curious about mortality and has spent most of their life with one particular set of mortal beings. They are innocent in that they have not witnessed the same destruction as the other Stars and so they are bemused as to why they cannot be as free and open with their gifts as they wish to be.
Neo is quiet, preferring to listen to others tell tales of their lives, and revelling in what they are told. Their attention is easily garnered, though easily lost as their thoughts can flit from one subject to another, sometimes even too fast for Neo to keep up with.
They are loyal and dedicated, however, and quick to adapt to their surroundings, to alter their lifestyles when needs be. They are fluid, flitting from one idea to the next and leaving a piece of themselves everywhere they touch and call home.
Story: Millennia ago, the Stars gifted the mortals with their abilities so that they may protect themselves against any evils that may come their way. Neo is eager to gift their abilities, wanting the galaxies to be able to experience life as they do, but they do not like the method in which the gifts are distributed.
Desiring a special, unique bond to share with someone special to them, Neo secretly blesses a human Majesty they had come to admire. They opt to stay with this Majesty rather than returning to the stars.
When the Majesty, Zafia, is mysteriously murdered, Neo is distraught and confused as to why such a thing would happen - this is their first encounter with death. However, unbeknownst to Neo, Zafia had been exposed to so much cosmic energy due the Starchild's near constant presence at her side and was granted a secondary gift of reincarnation. Neo is elated to find this out, determined not to let her be taken away again.
Frustratingly, no matter what they do, they cannot seem to stop the cycle of life and death that plagues their beloved's precious life.
