Traits/digidestined info:In Frontier they don't have digimon partners they evolve into Digimon themselves through spirit evolution. Koichi inherited the spirits of darkness making him the Legendary hero of darkness. Despite what darkness usually entails he is a good guy and on equal terms with the other heroes. He has the darkness D-tector (aka digivice but they're d-tector's in frontier)
Personality:Koichi is a kindhearted boy but is prone to bottling things up. Due to that fact he was used earlier on because of the 'darkness' in his heart. He's gotten somewhat better about not keeping things in but he still struggles with it from time to time. Aside from that he also has trouble dealing with people when they use a harsh tone or raise their voice. Otherwise though he usually isn't too bad at conversation. A bit awkward at first but once he gets to know you he opens up easily enough. If you manage to make him mad expect him to become very cold and rather harsh himself. (He is the warrior of darkness, after all. So just imagine being stuck in a cold pitch black room. That's the kinda vibe you get when Koichi's mad.)

History:He was raised by his mother, his father having left her for another woman. Koichi stayed with his mom while Koji went with their dad and his new wife. Koichi didn't even know he had a brother until much later in life when his grandmother told him about everything while on her deathbed.
