------------COUGH IGNORE THIS Day-AT Often confused with being a Avialae(bird) this flashy fellow is really from the Insecta family. That's right boys and girls this monstrosity is an insect in disguise. Luckily for us this fellow in generally kind hearted and often shares nests with other though weaker being. Surviving and thriving by mimicking a bird in any way possible.
The Daitt has not one but two mouths; one that is the center of attention and another that is concealed just under its feathered mane. In turn the Daitt holds two brains. Each function in unison as if one but at the same time they often hold drastic personality differences.
The Daitt is Crepuscular(meaning it does not sleep set in day or night) with two functioning head it is common for one to nap while the other eats or even patrols.
The Daitt is a omnivore; common for the top head to eat meat while the bottom one eats vegetation and fruit that lays upon the floor.
The Daitt may fly; but this is a rare sight. Only having to fly if they are fleeing a fight(Which is unlikely) or taking off to protect their boarders.
The Daitt does not easily back down from a fight once it is forced. You do not only have to watch out for its strong set of jaws and peculiar legs which are equipped with a large spiked foot/nail. But you must be wary of the head that is hidden. This little guy is equipped with scythes; and with stretch out strikingly fast to finish the match.
The Daitt lives in swarms; ranging from 10 to as large as 70. Male Daitts look identical to females. The only difference is the number of eye feathers up top its head and the size of its plumage. Males are commonly born with 5 eye feathers while females none.
