She can time travel though her powers are not very 'set'. So she ends up in a lot of random places at the wrong time. Then she must blend in until she can travel again.
She has a cool down period of about a month. Every full moon her powers 'restore' and she can then choose to leave whatever place she was at the time.
Story:
When she was younger, she lived in a time where her kind could roam free and enjoy their lives. Though creatures came and attacked them. Other shifters that hunted their own kind and would try to devour them to get more power. Many of her kind perished but those who survived jumped through time to get away with no dead set plan. She was one of those survivors who jumped through time to try to find another home. She unfortunately did not find a place to call home because everywhere she went the creatures would catch up to her and threaten her life, thus forcing her to jump again.
Those who jumped with her mostly found places to live out there lives thus resulting in slowly loosing their powers becoming mortal. Those who still jump retain their youth and immortality keeping their powers sharp and in top shape versus their counterparts.
