Abused as a child you'd of thought Victor would be warped but after living on the streets for a while he instead decided to become strong. He pushed himself to his limits and farther honing his speed and strength. Determined to make a difference he became somewhat of a super hero stopping small crimes around town by beating the crud out of evil doers. Eventually police noticed his doings and offered him a job on special forces.
Looks;Victor has many scars all over his body, left from being abused. One in particular that stands out is his left eye that has gone blind, having been hit there so many times and in so many ways the eye has turned bloodshot in some spots and glazed over white in others. His good eye, however, still glows a healthy green color. He has neck length bleach blond hair, suntanned white skin, and wears a black t-shirt and shorts. With accessories such as his steel knuckles , nice black skate shoes, and a policeman's hat he wears only on occasion (normally he's under cover anyways). He stands only 5 foot 1 but has a strong build due to all his training.
Personality; Victor usually comes off as a very serious guy but once you get to know him you'll quickly find he's got a nice sense of humor and is highly compassionate especially with kids.
History;
Victor has very few memories of his parents and the few he has are all bad ones. They neglected him terribly and finally by about age 5 they dropped him off at a relatives' to live with them. The relative wasn't the best at taking care of kids either....in fact quite the opposite. His parents were bad but this uncle of his was much worse, every time he did something the man didn't like he'd get beat. Not just with fists though, that monster would use anything he could get his hands on to hit the kid with. Years of this left Victor with permanent deformities from having not been properly looked at by doctors. (after all his uncle wouldn't pay a cent to get Victor checked out.) Not to mention one of his eyes had gone blind from being hit there so very many times. After years of enduring that he eventually fled and for a time lived on the streets.
