Hepialus used to be like every Ahbruis family. He had loving parents and many siblings. However one day while playing in the woods. Hepialus began to change...
The Cordyceps Fungus takes control of its host mind. Forcing its infected hosts to leave their pack, forages alone until its fixates to a certain spot and remains until its eventual death. Cordyceps then consumes its living host from inside out which sometimes causes convulsions; making host unstable and/or fall to the ground. Once dead the fungus then mummifies its host and a stalk-like fruiting body emerges from the corpse's head; emitting spores to infect others. (Lovely right!?)

Appearance?
White soft fungus "hairs" surrounding body that also creeps along the ground. White/cream spherical like stalks, emanating from body at odd intervals, many with "clubbed" tops. and "Dead" glazed eyes
Moves very slowly and unable to speak but be weary everywhere he goes, he emits spores from his stalks. Stay clear from this fungus pet.
