As everything begins, so it must all end. Someday every living being in this world must die and make room for new birth. Eschatos knows this more than anyone as he is the one to bring about the end as the Harbinger of Death.
Conflicted about his role in the Apocalypse, Eschatos dreads the day where he will be forced to destroy all of creation. For now he is forced to watch the living roam and frolic and grow, and every day that passes makes him more solemn about the end.
He cannot choose another path, nor can he delay the destruction. And destruction he fears is rapidly approaching.
