Enthrall appears to be a charming, charismatic man. He runs a carnival, alongside his twin sister, Charm. He's affable and likeable.... or at least, that's what he wants you to think.

In truth, Enthrall is twisted and sadistic, caring only for himself and his sister. Though he almost never drops his affable facade, it's best not to cross him.. it's rumoured that those that that visit the carnival after hours never come out again.
