Cisba is an observant and witty fellow. He is normally cheerful but sedate. While he is typical to his species in that he has a love for water and knowledge, Cisba is easily confused and horribly self conscious. (Part of this is due to the fact that the gender bug seems to have developed an infatuation for him and will not leave the poor guy alone!) Because of this, he often displays symptoms for an inferiority complex but never seems to be overly depressed. He just simply thinks that his best is subpar (despite the fact that it is often the opposite) and has â€œmade peaceâ€ with that. It doesnâ€™t stop him from trying though, and with the encouragement from his friends he occasionally will admit to himself that he doesnâ€™t always goof it up.

Cisba likes to read, anything water related, and be with his friends, specifically Fenrir. He doesnâ€™t like conflict and often shrinks away at a fight unless pushed to defend himself. (Which makes conversations with Ruthless very tense and nerve wracking for him)
