When in public, Charm plays the part of the cheerful, slightly ditzy, valley girl, assistant to her brother Enthrall. She flirts with boys that visit their carnival, and appears to enjoy being flirted with in return. But there's always something not quite right about that laugh of hers..

Behind her perky facade, Charm is truly cold and heartless, caring only about herself and her brother. She has no compassion for others, and has no problem with stealing or even killing to get what she wants.
