An Italian-born werewolf, Cesare tends to come off as unapproachable - or, not easily approached, to say the least. Standing at about 5'11" normally, he has a naturally strong and muscular build, with an olive skintone, black hair, and completely normal brown eyes.
In fact, in his human form, there's very little that might actually tip him off as being anything but, aside from occasional canine quirks of body language and behavior. Even then, it's nothing terribly obvious. He may twitch his lips or snarl when angry, assuming that it's not angry enough to shift his eyes to a piercing yellow, or he may sniff a food item before eating it, or an item he's unsure of. Small things like that.
The unusual patterns of scarring on his back and shoulders is entirely retained in both forms, however, and is said to be connected to his curse. He will not confirm nor deny this, however. His other scars are also retained between shifted forms.
He's not particularly talkative, and while he does possess a rather strong drive to be social and to be around people(considering how wolves ARE), he's much more of "that quiet guy in the corner who will rip anyone who gives the people he cares about any kind of trouble to pieces without a second thought" than anything else. Don't expect him to be ridiculously talkative unless he feels like he has something important to say.
For all that he tends to hang around perfectly normal humans who aren't aware of his secret, as a sort of surrogate pack, he actually doesn't know of any other werewolves. In all truth, he likely wouldn't trust them if he'd come across any, either.
