Intro:
They say time heals all wounds but they lie. I used to be gorgeous and I used to be Queen. I ruled my country of Egypt ever since I was a young girl. I was loved and cherished until one day a cloud of dust rose on my horizons. An army attacked my empire and drove my people off. I fought the best of my ability and was also marked while doing so. I bare the scars of what once was my kingdom but now someone elses. I was captured after what seemed like days of fighting and hiding. We had the upper hand but they won. Thus the result of my banishment. Lost in the desert, no where to turn. They left me for dead but my willpower was too strong. As a seductress of the desert I go from person to person taking what I need to survive, and maybe extra.
I will return to my kingdom one day and take my proper spot on the thrown but until then. I wander alone and create chaos wherever I go.

Powers: Sanura has the power to control the sand around her. She can morph it and shape it into anything she wants. She also can morph into a large saber tiger. A power she inherited from her father.
Weakness: Sanura's weakness with her powers is fire but it also makes her power stronger in a way. When fire contacts the sand it hardens it and turns the grains to glass. She also really hates water not because of her cat disposition but because water wets the sand and makes it harder to control.
Personality: She has a sweet disposition when you first meet her. She likes to have fun and go on an adventure but if you give her attitude she will give you one right back. She won't handle being bossed around because where she came from, she was the boss.
History:
Sanura was born into royalty but right from the start she was half hated. Her father was the Pharaoh and her mother a common slave in the palace. Her father had an unusual gift from the gods, or so he called it, where he could transform into a saber tiger and walk the earth amongst the desert without exhausting his human form. He used this power to his advantage and enjoyed the strength it gave him. Sanura's mother, Akeela, was a regular human and one of the head slaves of the Palace. Her father tried to hide Akeela from the public but once they found out they turned on the royal family. Akeela was killed and the Pharaoh kept under strict watch of the council.
Time went on and Sanura grew up learning how to be the best queen and listen to the people of the kingdom. Even though she was half human the people grew to love her for her gentle and sweet disposition. Her father died when she was 15 from an assassination. Some of the protest groups in the kingdom killed him in his sleep, the guards were in on it.
Sanura had ended up hiding that night and when morning arrived she had become Queen of the kingdom. At 15 she ruled the desert and all its people. Her reign didn't even last five years before another land came and took over. She fought strong but ended up loosing and held captive. There locked in her own dungeon for months she was used and striped of all her dignity. When she was finally released, after her captures were through with her, was she thrown into the desert to die.
She didn't die though. With what little strength she had left she changed into her cat form and prayed to the gods to watch over her. She spent months in that form preying and surviving in the desert sands. There she regained her strength and realized that she had a hidden power. Whether she was granted it just in those few months or since she was born she did not know but she had the ability to control the sand around her.
