A spirit of the rain that fell to earth and assumed form of a little boy.
He appears clueless and innocent, but is in fact a fast and observant learner.
He absorbed the information contained within every human within a good few mile radius of where he hit ground. Upon impact his body began the collection process. He knows much more than he knows he knows. (Lolwhat.)
He often gets headaches associated with the information that tries to situate itself in his tiny noggin, seeing as he has no idea what his brain is telling him. Sights, sounds, smells, taste and essentially lives of thousands of others, without any clue who or what they're from.
He has learned to cope with these headaches and suppress most everything that isn't directly related to his well-being.
He is very quiet and timid, and has quite the affinity for the rainfall.
His body feels strange to the touch, almost silky and a little on the cooler side.
His eyes tend to radiate the same glow that lights do in the rain, and he has the ability to manipulate the water, as well as give people his "pets" for company.
These are fabled "little black rainclouds", and though Ame loves them, he has no idea that everyone else thinks they blow.
He collects hairpins and cloud/rain themed things.
He wants a small songbird, and to save pretty much anyone and everything on the planet. His objective is to learn, and to make /absolutely/ everyone happy.
If he was less naive and had any interest in a relationship beyond cuddling and pleasing people, he would be a very submissive little raindrop.
No one knew what to call him--two friends dug through some books and decided on Ame, or rain in Japanese.
