Personality:
Victor is very stand offish, a snob really. He relishes the upper class life, the wine, the silk clothing, the overly dressed up women. A master at fencing, archery and horse riding, he has all the class of older counts from the 1600s. He doesn't take kindly to people in his face, or people who drape themselves over him, it disgusts him truly.
What alot don't know about Victor was that he grew up on the streets. His mother died when he was five, he hardly remembers her, and he has no clue who his father is. His mother ran away when she was pregnant with him because she had heard rumors that her husband had taken a mistress. Embarrassed by this, she fled and had Victor by herself.
He had been taken at the age 11 by thugs, and forced into an illegal fighting ring. He clung to life day by day until he was 24. The police had a huge scale raid, and brought the whole place down, but in the process they arrested Victor and took him in for the 'murders' he had commited.
While in the cell, the police read over his documents and had called the governor down. The governor read Victor's birth certificate, and had proceeded to question the young man. Thus father and son where reunited. But the governor neglected to tell him that, he simply claimed Victor as a nephew and took him home.
They were distant, getting along alright with short conversations, but never seeking out the other's companionship. The governor's daughter had recently run away, so Victor never met his half sister. Instead he bloomed in the spotlight that was thrust upon him. He took on the persona of the snooty, I'm-better-than-you count appearance.
Truthfully, he was still hurting inside. Visions, not when he was just sleeping, but awake as well, still haunted him. His mother's death, the people he had killed so he could remain alive for another day, the things he did that he would never share, made him break out in sweat and shivers. A voice in his head constantly follows him, whispering things, but mainly just one word. "Mistakes."
He could never forget all the mistakes he made in life, the death of his mother that he blamed on himself, the lives he took, the places he had robbed, the people he had hurt, and so much more... And this voice wouldn't let him.

Modern Day - Dark blue washed jeans, black leather biker boots, same brown leather thong for his hair, a silver watch on his right wrist, plain white cotton tee with a black sports jacket, both ears pierced, 3 silver studs, 1 silver hoop, and a large ruby in each.
Misc: For modern day, his hair is slightly different. Still long, the front of it is more ragged and hangs in his face.

True Sight - Victor has the ability to 'see' differently. Everyone has auras he can see. From those he can tell the true emotions of the being, their intent, whether or not they are lying, and so on. There are a few side effects of this talent.
He can also see all the negativity and corruption of a person. It seems to cloak them, nearly choking them, with that presence.
Also, the world often changes color on him. ((Ex: grass green one minute, orange the next time he blinks.))
Stone Effect - people say he is like a stone, cold and lifeless to the touch. This is due to poor circulation from all the fights. His nerves are also damaged, which slows, if not stops, the signals that make the brain aware of pain.
**Unknown, but his half sister's scorching touch, and any other similiar abilities don't harm his skin. But the true substance, fire, etc does.
