When a gentle cold wind blows from the north and snow falls in puffy white flakes, it can be enlightening, breathtaking, beautiful. Just the sight of it can bring out the playfulness, as well as competitiveness, of those who witness it. All anyone wants to do is jump into the piles of snow, making snow angels, throwing snowballs, or make cute little snowmen.
