With so many styles and fashion items to choose from in the land of Mistica, it is no surprise you may often feel in a quandary as to what new clothes to purchase or wear! In this month of The Chronicles, we spoke to Lance - the acclaimed owner of "Flashy Fashion" - who sells a diverse and desirable collection of the latest fashions in Mistica. The shop that Lance owns is often visited by famed and renowned creatures across the lands, which is how his collections grew to become the most trendy.

Q (The Mistic Team): Lance, we understand that your shop is popular, but what has been your top seller this month?

A (Lance): Recently, our most popular sales have been items of clothing associated with the colour black. Our Black Dazzling Gown, teamed with the Romantic Black Wig has been flying off the shelves. I can only assume this is down to the fashions that our local celebrity, Daily, has been sporting!


Q: Aside from the most trendy, what are some DON'Ts this month in fashion?

A: As summer is fast approaching, a big don't is pairing socks with your beach sandals - that look is never appealing to the eye! Additionally, our least popular items this month are the fleece hats, and that is no surprise - can't you feel the heat?!


Q: On the subject of summery clothing, what would be a typical outfit to wear to Bamboo Beach?

A: Down at the Bamboo Beach Resort, I have found that most are wearing shorts, and our renowned Capris, which keep the sweatiest of people cool in the hot summer months! I must also mention Anemone's store, which is based in the depths of Sango Reef. There, she sells essential swim wear items, ranging from swimsuits to water wings. Just keep in mind, before visiting her, make sure you have your gear ready for the dive!


Q: As our final question, what can someone do if they are stuck on a budget but still want to keep up with latest fashions?

A: There's still a lot that can be done with a limited budget, and one can purchase old lost buttons from the Trash Hole, which could be used to decorate old and unwanted clothing. Our cheaper items tend to be listed as 'Basic', so if someone wanted to stick to a budget, that is something to look out for.
