This Month in Mistica is a quick guide to everything that’s happened on site in the past month. Whether you’re new and want a better idea of what goes on here, an older user who’s returning, or simply too lazy to read the news, this article has all -- okay, most -- of the information you need!

April began with a Chocosheep invasion, paper fish raining from the sky and a big, threatening red button taunting us all. Plus, no one seemed to be able to type correctly on the forums! Luckily this silliness didn’t last too long; at least on the 2nd, we had a lovely new Kohal to love!

On the 3rd was the monthly Credit Shop and Vending update.

The next day, Aibrean began preparing for her big monthly book quiz. A whopping fourteen new books were added to the Library’s shelves, ready for you Misticans to read!

Aibrean began her quiz on the 6th.

The next day, the Ostara egg hunt began, and Rosebud released all of her egg coloring items.

Jahzara appeared on the 8th to tell us all about how Ostara began. All of the shopkeepers were getting into the holiday spirit, releasing their seasonal items.

The next day Bernard discovered some unique hares in the snow that make great pals, if you’re not a huge fan of super fluffy fur. Jeremy decided that bunnies should be a bit cuddlier and released three new plushies. The Wishing Well also granted several wishes.

Not happy with being left out of the Ostara celebrations, the Delight Pixie began dropping new, colorful plastic eggs across Mistica, and they were filled with prizes!

On the 12th, Spotlight winners were announced.

Two days later Pandoria opened up her special prize shop, taking eggs in exchange for points. In addition to her usual items, she came out with several new ones, and even her hatchipal shop got a few new pals! Not to be outdone, Lance released a colorful new dress.

On the 15th the Oceanic Yehxil was discovered!

Ever been jealous of those fluffy Ostara? Well, on the 17th Lance came out with some things to satisfy that odd desire to have ears and a tail. We also said goodbye to RuthieRox, who left the staff team.

On the 18th, there were various site updates and new avatars to find.

The next day, the Achievement system was unveiled, the Credit Shop was updated and a special item was put in the Giveaway.

Lance, who apparently spent all of his time designing and sewing this month, released a Zodiac themed jacket and pair of pants on the 20th. Ben, meanwhile, came out with a new set of Kirui beanbags.

On the 21st the new Hungry Hippolas game was released!

Eggs go bad quickly, and on the 23rd we found out what Mistica’s various cooks did to get rid of the darn things! Five (hopefully) tasty new dishes were released. The Giveaway also held something potentially dangerous for our Legendaries, considering all the Rickets about.

The next day, the Overgrowth Jumboyo and Yehxil were released!

Dr. Erlenmeyer’s pal research seemed to be paying off, as several new species were discovered on the 25th and sold at Desert Cohorts.

On the 26th, Achievements began giving out certain exclusive items. Arielle also put out a new line of Cheran plushies at Cuddly Stuffies.

Dr. Erlenmeyer’s lab coat (a replica of it, anyway) became available for your legendaries to wear on the 27th. And you’ll need to feel like a scientist when tracking down the new pals stocking in Forest Misticpals and Creepy Critters!

Two days later, the playful Overgrowth Anya was released! The avatar collection also received an update.

April was all about new features and of course, a whole ton of pals! What will May have in store?

It's hard to imagine all of this happened in the last two months! It feels like such a long time ago now.
