This Month in Mistica is a quick guide to everything that’s happened on site in the past month. Whether you’re new and want a better idea of what goes on here, an older user who’s returning, or simply too lazy to read the news, this article has all -- okay, most -- of the information you need!


 


November began with two latecomers to the Lanturnacht festivities: the Phantom Eledon and Lanturn Izabel!


 


On the 2nd we got a bunch of new items for the Vending Machine, announced our Spotlight winners, and released the lovely Topaz Kohal.


 


Two days later, Archie and Albrecht’s feud came to a close. Jasper’s Circus beat out the Chamber of Evil! We had even more to celebrate: the birthday of our wonderful writer, Fallout! Zaffy released an odd robotic canine in her honor.


 


Unfortunately, despite the Circus’s victory, Jasper was quite unhappy when he recovered the next day. His fever having ruined his sense of time, the Jinx thought it was still Lanturnacht and didn’t take it at all well when he found out he’d missed his holiday. Gregory attempted to calm him, but it ended in a fight and with the possessed hat leaving.


 


The 7th saw our skies brighten with the arrival of the Zodiac Belragoth! Volcan also got new quest rewards, and applications opened for graphic artists.


 


The Zodiac Nokwi was right on the tails of the Belragoth, showing itself on the 13th.


 


The Tombola game received some new prizes two days later, and Lance apparently decided to double as a barber with a new line of super manly beards.


 


On the 15th, the lovely Kalla Lily returned to bring back gardening! With new seeds for the season plus her usual stock of flowers, your garden should be blooming! You can also dig up new pals and items while gardening.


 


The 17th saw a new face (or maybe he’s an old face no one noticed) in Rordon Village. The Hatter showed up with a colorful new game called Rainbow Squares that isn’t at all difficult and super addictive.


 


Three days later, with the Feast of Giving nearly here, the shopkeepers went all out releasing items old and new for the holiday! Keilly even began stocking some new baking items. I wonder what they’re for?


 


The 22nd meant it was officially the Feast of Giving! The Giveaway held a special gift, and the Toy Factory began stocking cute scarecrow dolls.


 


And who could forget Black Friday? Mistica got in on the shopping spree and had a huge sale in the Credit Shop!


 


On the 27th, things were starting to get a little cold; maybe that’s why the Frost Gurahdi decided to show itself? A new guide to Mistica’s NPCs was also posted on the Help Site.


 


November ended with the Hatter returning, a curious haruba named Cheshire in tow. Keen to celebrate Mistica’s 5th birthday, the Hatter made cookies and potions that could be exchanged for special prizes!


 


Of course, Mistmas is only a few weeks away now. Queen Boreal probably has some tricks to play, and Aurelius’s comet comes closer…
