This Month in Mistica is a quick guide to everything that’s happened on site in the past month. Whether you’re new and want a better idea of what goes on here, an older user who’s returning, or simply too lazy to read the news, this article has all -- okay, most -- of the information you need!

June was packed with a whole ton of new items! Were you able to snag them all?

First, congratulations to the Art, Writing and Poetry contest winners: fr0zenx, Stick and Cameo; JessiCosmic, Brael and Wyrmses, and finally BunnyMonstar and JessiCosmic!

On the 1^st we had our usual treasure box release, and it was also announced that June’s conservation animal for MisticAdoptables was the tiger! Did you get one of those nifty buttons?

The next day the pound got an update, and so you can now only disown one pet per day. There were also tips for secure passwords posted and the Ostara items went out of circulation, but we’ll see them next year.

The 3^rd saw a release of Grad Caps as Rosebud got into the summer spirit!

On the 5^th we wished our wonderful Melody a happy birthday! Two adorable new dragon themed items were released in her honor.

The next day it was announced that Pet was our lucky conservation winner! They got a whole pack of wolf-themed goodies!

Jeremy filled his shop with seven new plushies on the 8^th.

It looked like June was going to be another shopkeeper war; Tara released a whole bunch of new puppets only two days later!

And on the 11^th a huge new feature was added: the Library! Now you can actually read the books you buy at the Haunted Library and Village Books! More are being published each month, so keep an eye out! In honor of this feature an alliance Book Drive was started, and whoever turned in the most books wins a mysterious (but probably amazing) prize.

On the 14^th Tatenda was not to be outdone and released new puppets of his own! The Giveaway was also updated with a very special new Training Elixir.

Harmony stocked her shelves with a slew of maracas on the 16^th!

The next day, we welcomed a new artist: Crotalus!

On the 18^th, Random Events made a comeback! They were revamped and better than ever.

The 19^th was Father’s Day and we celebrated Mistican style with the release of two classic toys, a Credit Shop Egg and stationary!

On the 20^th we began a weeklong celebration of six awesome Misticpets! To kick off the party the Lirionox got some nifty facts of their own, as well as a piñata and all the goodies that go inside. Artist applications also opened.

The next day, we released new Lirionox plushies – some were normal, but a few were a little odd…

The 22^nd was for the Mandoran, and they got a bunch of new plushies and even some Mandoran-themed cookies!

On the 23^rd we celebrated the Comeil. A bunch of lovely items were released. This day we also celebrated the birthday of Joss Whedon with a lovely Serenity Fountain.

The 24^th was all about Anyai! A beautiful golden statue, baked treats and a bright poster were released in their honor.

Emperons had their day on the 25^th. They got their own facts, five new pals and a puppet!

Lastly, we celebrated the Zokuleon on the 27^th. A pair of snazzy pants were released as well as three new pals.

But on the 28^th, we got a surprise: the shopkeepers released a ton of new items, from pals to plushies and even a statue. I guess they wanted to end the party with a bang!
